    Your complaint will be reviewed by a senior member of our team. We may contact you for additional information.

  3. Response
    We aim to provide a full written response within 28 days.
    If more time is required due to complexity, we will notify you.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If you are dissatisfied with our final response, you may have the right to escalate your complaint to an independent body depending on the nature of your case. We will advise you of any applicable external dispute resolution options when we issue our final response.
